Unfortunately we can't offer returns or swaps on earrings due to hygiene reasons, we ask you to choose carefully before purchasing. Great care goes into packaging your precious earrings to ensure they are delivered unspoiled. If you believe your earrings have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us via e-mail.

Please ensure you put the correct postal address in. We cannot resend items that have gone to the wrong address.
